Nottingham Craft Beer Week and Festival COVID-19 Update

An update from the organisers of Nottingham Craft Beer Week and Festival with regards to the Coronavirus outbreak...

Following yesterday’s (16 March 2020) announcement by the government advising people to stay away from non-essential socialising, we have taken the decision to reschedule both Nottingham Craft Beer Week 2020 events and Nottingham Craft Beer Festival.

The proposed new NCBW and NCBF dates are:

All currently purchased festival tickets will be transferred to the new dates, so;

  • Friday 12 June, will now be valid for Friday 21 August.
  • Saturday 13 June daytime will be valid for Saturday 22 August daytime
  • Saturday 13 June evening will be valid for Saturday 22 August evening
  • Saturday 13 June all day will be valid for Saturday 22 August all day

Already booked something else on the new dates? If so your options are:

  • Switch your tickets to a different festival session by emailing and we will make this happen.*
  • If you would like a refund on your ticket please contact our friends at Gigantic. We have instructed them to offer refunds to any customers in accordance with their terms and conditions.*

* Both of the above options will remain valid until 11.59am on Tuesday 31 March 2020.

Our thoughts are with you all at this time, particularly our local bars and brewers who’s trade will be taking a serious hit for the next couple months.

Buy with confidence

Tickets for the festival will remain on sale unless there are any further changes to the above. You can buy these in confidence, knowing that you will be offered a refund of the ticket price if the festival is postponed further or, in the extreme case that we are unable to hold the event this year at all.
